Zoom is the best application for interviewing with more than one person. The interface keeps changing. I use YouTube to figure out new apps.
How to set up zoom
Downloading: For PCs and Androids download from Zoom.com. For Apple devices download from the Apple Store.
Register: Open the app and click on the Sign in button.
Agree on the appointment time, date and how to communicate before and after the meeting.
Click on the Meeting URL which will arrive at your email.
Trouble shoot on the phone or an application different than Zoom.
How to host Zoom
After opening the zoom app, click on start a meeting at the bottom of your meeting screen you will see a row of icons. Click on Invite Participants. (Different devices look slightly different.)
Scroll to the bottom of your meeting screen.
In the invite window in the lower left side, click on Copy URL.
Paste that URL in an email and send the email to all the participants. Return to your Zoom meeting window and wait for participants to join. Click around the edges of your screen to find adjustments to your window layout, video and mic.
