Preparing to take a remedy
Liquid remedies are more effective
Taking dry pellet will work, but remedies in a liquid form will quickly reach every part of your mouth and stimulate the body more quickly and completely. If you are hypersensitive, then you can put the dry pellet in alcohol and sniff it. Diluting the remedy is another way to decrease the strength of the remedy. (See the 5 cup method)
A remedy bottle is made by putting a remedy pellet or two in water or alcohol. Alcohol will prevent bacteria from reproducing in the remedy.
Always use the same cup for the same remedy
Pour one drop of the remedy liquid into a small throw-away cup of water. I use bottle caps. If you use several remedies, always use the same cup for the same remedy.
Tell Ellen, your homeopath, your reaction to the remedy in the first few days after starting to take your remedy.
